Returns & Exchanges:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition, unused, and with tags intact.

Personalized items (with baby’s name) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos.

We will provide a replacement or full refund.
Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
